No. Elevation C³ is open to all people. Dr. Sablo brings deep expertise with the African American community, men of color, the LGBTQ+ community, people of faith, weight loss journeys, and academic success.
Elevation C³ services are offered on the Southeast Side of Chicago and virtually, with in-person sessions available upon request. Hours are Sunday and Monday, 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM, and Tuesday through Saturday, 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM. Clients are served virtually nationwide.
