Better Strategies. Stronger Self-Belief.

At Elevation C³, we provide professional academic guidance focused on strengthening skills, resource utilization, and the navigation of institutional systems. Students do not just need better grades — they need better strategies, stronger self-belief, and a clearer path through the systems designed to support them.

Whether you are a student, a parent, or an educational leader, Dr. Sablo offers Educational Success Coaching designed to elevate K–12 and collegiate learners to their highest academic potential — and to teach the skills to navigate complex institutional environments.

Who We Serve

From K–12 to Collegiate Learners

K–12

K–12 Learners

Dr. Sablo was credentialed as a school guidance counselor and later completed a Doctor of Education program that qualifies educators for school district superintendent leadership. He has also worked as an Executive Function coach, empowering students on the autism spectrum with practical tools for academic and social success. Most importantly, having personally navigated ADHD in childhood — and as the adoptive parent of a son with a learning disability — he understands the exhaustion of searching for the right combination of academic, social, psychological, and medical support.

COLLEGE

Collegiate Learners

Dr. Sablo spent decades counseling and coaching college students mastering rigorous curricula — often under adverse personal, financial, and academic circumstances. He has worked across learning support services, tutoring, academic advisement, new student orientation, student conduct, financial aid, and admissions, and his career reached the Dean and Vice President level in both Student Affairs and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion. These experiences prepare him to address the academic, social, and systemic challenges that threaten student persistence.

Strategizing Your Success

Two Guiding Principles

Educational Success Coaching is a strategic partnership focused on identifying barriers, leveraging strengths, and developing the critical skills necessary for academic excellence and institutional navigation.

PRINCIPLE 01

Meeting Students Where They Are

Coaching helps each student reach a level of success aligned with their unique strengths and abilities — positioning them to:

  • Improve academic performance — with effective study skills, time management, and test-taking strategies
  • Navigate institutions — from college admissions, financial aid, and academic probation policies to K–12 curriculum pathways
PRINCIPLE 02

Building Foundational Skills

Coaching builds motivation, self-advocacy, and emotional regulation — the skills that sustain long-term success.

Student-Centered Techniques

Drawn From His Clinical Background

MI

Motivational Interviewing

Strengthen the student's internal drive and commitment to their educational goals.

CBT

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy Principles

Address and reframe anxiety and negative thoughts about performance, testing, and demanding assignments.

REBT

Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy Principles

Replace self-defeating academic beliefs — like “I am not smart enough” — with realistic, empowering perspectives.

PCT

Person-Centered Principles

Align every coaching plan with the student's individual learning style, personality, and aspirations.

Why Dr. Sablo?

He Is Proof the System Can Be Navigated

Dr. Sablo holds a Doctor of Education — a credential that represents the highest level of academic achievement in the field of education. But more than a credential, it represents a journey. From public housing in the Bronx, NY, he navigated every level of the American educational system — as a student, as a professional, and ultimately as a Dean and Vice President at major academic institutions.

He has seen the institutional systems from every angle — student, counselor, administrator, and executive. He knows where students get lost, where they give up, and where the right coaching and strategy makes the difference between dropping out and crossing the stage. He is proof that the system can be navigated — and he coaches students to do exactly that.
